AI Judge Assistant System JusticeAI Goes Live in UAE: Small Claims Case Processing 10x Faster

UAE Ministry of Justice today announced that AI judge assistant JusticeAI has formally begun operation in Dubai and Abu Dhabi small claims courts. JusticeAI handles civil disputes under 50,000 dirhams (~$13,600) — including contract breaches, consumer disputes, rental disagreements, and small debts.

JusticeAI's workflow: plaintiffs submit claims and evidence via mobile app; the system auto-generates response notices to defendants; both parties submit evidence and statements through an online platform; JusticeAI analyzes all materials and issues judgment recommendations within 24 hours; human judges review and issue final rulings within 48 hours.

During a 6-month pilot, JusticeAI processed over 12,000 small claims cases, reducing average processing time from 45 days to 4.5 days. Satisfaction surveys showed 87% of plaintiffs and 79% of defendants satisfied with outcomes. JusticeAI's judgment recommendations were adopted by human judges 94% of the time.
