Global AI Employment Impact Tracker JobRadar Launches: Real-Time Monitoring of AI Job Displacement Data Across Nations

JobRadar, the global AI employment impact tracking system jointly developed by the International Labour Organization (ILO) and LinkedIn, officially launched on June 15. The system analyzes hiring trends, changing skill requirements, and job survival rates across 320 million positions on LinkedIn to track AI technology's impact on the global job market in real time.

Initial data shows that in the first half of 2030, approximately 3.4 million jobs worldwide were directly replaced by AI, while about 4.1 million new AI-related positions were created during the same period. However, the skill match rate between displaced and newly created jobs is only 31%, meaning a large number of displaced workers cannot transition directly into new roles.

JobRadar's data will be updated monthly, providing real-time reference for governments' employment policy formulation. Labor departments in 45 countries have already registered for the system.
