AI Personalized Nutrition Platform NutriGenome Launches: Precision Diet Recommendations From Genomics to Gut Microbiome

DayTwo and 23andMe jointly launched AI personalized nutrition platform NutriGenome on January 23. The platform integrates user genomic variant data, gut microbiome composition and continuous glucose monitoring data, using AI models to predict each food's glycemic impact on individuals and generate personalized diet plans.

NutriGenome's core finding is that the same food can produce up to 5-fold differences in glycemic response between individuals. In a 5,000-user trial, users following NutriGenome recommendations achieved 32% average reduction in glycemic variability and 4.2 kg weight loss. Priced at $299 including genetic testing and 3 months of personalized diet guidance.
