AI Employment Impact Real-Time Monitoring Platform LaborScope Launches: Governments Can Now Track AI's Impact on Job Markets in Real Time

On November 5, 2029, the International Labour Organization (ILO) officially launched the LaborScope AI employment impact monitoring platform. The platform analyzes recruitment data, skill demand changes, job displacement rates, and wage trends across 30 countries to provide real-time assessment of AI technology's impact on various industry job markets.

LaborScope's data reveals an alarming trend: over the past 12 months, recruitment for "AI-replaceable" positions has dropped 34%, while recruitment for "AI-collaborative" positions has grown 67%. The net employment effect is negative — approximately 18% more jobs lost than created.

"LaborScope's purpose isn't to create panic," said the ILO Director-General. "It provides decision-making evidence for governments — which industries are undergoing transformation, how fast, and what policy interventions are needed."

The platform's data sources include anonymized data from LinkedIn and Indeed, labor force surveys from national statistics offices, and AI company model deployment data. LaborScope is free for governments, with an enterprise version priced at $500,000 per year.
